Hello, I'm Christina.

I'm a psychotherapist based in Cheshire. I created a space where you can finally feel safe enough to be honest about what happened, how it's affected you, and what you want your life to look like instead.

If you've found yourself here, chances are something has felt heavy for a while. Maybe it's the weight of past experiences you can't seem to shake, or patterns in your relationships that keep repeating no matter how hard you try. You're not broken and you don't have to keep carrying this alone.

I use EMDR therapy, one of the most powerful tools available for healing trauma, alongside a warm, relational approach that puts you at the centre of everything we do.

Inner child work is at the heart of what I offer. The "little you" is the part of you that learned, very early on, how to survive, how to be loved, and how to stay safe. When those early needs went unmet or those experiences felt too big, that younger self can stay frozen in time, quietly shaping how you feel, react, and relate as an adult.

Together we gently turn towards that younger part of you with curiosity rather than judgement. Through guided imagery, dialogue, and EMDR, we help them feel seen, soothed, and finally safe. Old beliefs like "I'm too much" or "I have to do it alone" begin to soften, and something steadier takes their place: a sense of being held from the inside.

This is slow, tender work, and it's where lasting change tends to live. As your inner child heals, the patterns built around their pain naturally start to shift.
